 Professional Services Team
Dr. Timothy Jordan is Director of Services and a 1983 graduate of the University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Jordan grew up on a farm, practiced bovine medicine for the first half of his career but prefers the rewards of companion animal medicine with special emphasis on orthopedic surgery and medicine, physical therapy and rehabilitation and canine sports medicine. Border collies are his passion and you'll find his dog Pete by his side on most days.
Dr. Kurt Potgieter is a 2007 graduate of the University of Illinois, College of Veterinary medicine. Dr. Potgieter is interested in small animal medicine and surgery with special emphasis on veterinary dentistry. Veterinary medicine is his second career; he received a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois and did several years of post-doctoral research. Originally from South Africa, Dr. Potgieter’s other passions include sailing, scuba diving, gardening, horseback riding, and his Labrador Retriever cross, Bunny.
Dr. Kevin Monce, a 1983 graduate of Auburn University, College of Veterinary Medicine, is board certified in Small Animal Internal Medicine. He completed his residency at North Carolina State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. He assists the Cross Creek Animal Hospital medical staff on cancer and intensive care medical patients.
Lisa Wade-Wellington, is the Practice Manager and a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). Lisa joined the practice in 2003 after graduating Central Carolina Community College, Veterinary Medical Technology Program. She served 14 years of military service between the United States Army and the North Carolina National Guard. Lisa is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom II. |

Anke Rolland manages the veterinary technicians and assistants and coordinates the medical and surgical care of our patients. Her team ensures that all patients enjoy a high standard of care whether they're with us for wellness visits, surgery, or for medical care. |

Client Services Team
Dawn Olsen and her staff of receptionists work to ensure that your experience on the phone, in the waiting room, and during check out is pleasant and stress-free. They will explain our Wellness Plans, Spay and Neuter Packages, and any promotions and specials to you to help you make informed choices about your pet's health care. |

Guest Services Team
Jennifer Chambers oversees our boarding and day care staff to ensure that your dog or cat receives the care and attention he or she deserves while you're away from home. Our groomer, Annette Thompson, takes excellent care of the dogs and cats who come to us for bathing, grooming, dips, and clips. |
